Specialized in the design and manufacture of concrete furniture, Lyon Beton now open itself to the creation of objects by collaborating with artists and designers. « We aim to offer an alternative to all those who are looking for unusual objects. Combining creativity, aesthetics and practicality, our collections offer a discreet and strong presence.» Passionated by the technical and plastic possibilities of this material, we’ve been working during 5 years to develop a unique concrete, specially designed for the manufacture of furniture. It is armed with metal wire and fiber ; hence the acceptable weight. In all cases, it is resistant to attacks from everyday life and it is easy to maintain it indoors and outdoors. The special care we take in our finishes respects the grain so specific of the concrete, according to the intention of the designer, a soft and pleasant to touch or gross roughness around the edges. This technical expertise allows us to offer collections with neat corners and curves, emphasizing the unique character of the concrete and all that surrounds it. Our collections are distributed worldwide through qualified distributors, encountered mostly during our participation in international fairs: Cologne (Germany), High Point (USA) and Shanghai (China). Our showroom located in Villefranche sur Saône is open to the public all week.
