Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen
Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen was the founder and co-owner of the architect company Hvidt & Mølgaard.
Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts for Furniture and Interior Design, Copenhagen.
Together with his partner Peter Hvidt, they worked in furniture and interior design, structural architecture and provided consultancy services in connection with major bridge construction projects. Mr Nielsen is best-known for the AX chair, designed for Fritz Hansen.
His cooperation with LE KLINT resulted in many lamp models.
