Delivery methods:

We offer the following 4 delivery methods:

1) Collection from our warehouse in Spreitenbach: 

Collection from our warehouse in 8957 Spreitenbach is possible for certain products: freight goods (beds, mattresses, chests of drawers & sideboards, sofas, wardrobes as well as the brands Schaffner and Houe) with a goods value of <500 CHF 

Please collect goods ordered with the delivery method "self-collection", once we have notified you, from our warehouse at Planzer AG, Industriestrasse 186, CH-8957 Spreitenbach. Only outlet goods with the delivery-time information "Available immediately – Zurich warehouse"  are stored at Schweighofstrasse 409, 8055 Zurich. As soon as we have received your goods for you, we will inform you by e-mail that they are ready for collection. Your collection slip will be attached to that e-mail. You can then tell us by e-mail or telephone when you would like to collect the goods (Mon-Fri, 08:00-12:00 and 13:00-16:00).

Please note: please bring your ID as well as your collection slip (see above) to your collection appointment. Collections without a prior appointment are not possible. A change of delivery method is only possible against a service fee of 30 CHF. Failure to appear at an agreed collection appointment is likewise charged at a service fee of 30 CHF.

2) Free delivery from an order value of CHF 150.00 by Swiss parcel post or, for particularly bulky goods, by lorry to the kerbside, as a rule even to the first front door of the building (for Switzerland and FL), provided that the first front door of the building is accessible directly next to the parking space, with no stairs in between, etc. Otherwise the goods are unloaded and deposited directly at the parking space. 

For a goods value of <500 CHF we have to charge, for freight goods (beds, mattresses, chests of drawers & sideboards, sofas, wardrobes as well as the brands Schaffner and Houe), shipping costs of 69 CHF (kerbside) or 149 CHF (delivery into the room of your choice by 2 people). Alternatively you can collect these products in Spreitenbach; please select self-collection for this.

3) CHF 149.00 for delivery into your flat, office etc. excluding disposal of the packaging material (for Switzerland and FL). You are always contacted by telephone or e-mail to arrange a delivery date, and delivery is always carried out by 2 people.

4) CHF 349.00 for delivery into your flat, office etc. including disposal of the packaging material and 1 hour of assembly (for Switzerland and FL, excl. electrical work). Should the assembly take longer than 1 hour, the difference is invoiced at 40 CHF/15 min. You are always contacted by telephone or e-mail to arrange a delivery date, and delivery is always carried out by 2 people.

Shipping information for Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

The "available immediately" symbol means that the items are immediately available and ready for dispatch within 48 hours. As a rule you will receive items marked in this way within 1 - 3 working days (in cases where this standard delivery time cannot be met, there is no entitlement to compensation or other claims).

Orders with a delivery value from CHF 150.- are delivered carriage paid, that is, free of delivery charges (except express and bulky-goods consignments).

For a goods value of <500 CHF we have to charge, for freight goods (beds, mattresses, chests of drawers & sideboards, sofas, wardrobes as well as the brands Schaffner and Houe), shipping costs of 69 CHF (kerbside) or 149 CHF (delivery into the room of your choice by 2 people).

For all other consignments as well as express and bulky-goods consignments, delivery costs are invoiced. Bulky-goods consignments to places that cannot be reached by lorry (e.g. Zermatt, Wengen or roads impassable for lorries etc.) must be agreed individually and different rates apply. The customer is obliged to point out before or when placing the order (in the comments field at checkout) that access is not possible "normally" by lorry, so that the consignment costs can be agreed individually in advance. In the case of telephone enquiries regarding delivery costs, the customer is likewise obliged to point out on the telephone if the delivery location cannot be reached normally by lorry without additional costs and effort, even if the customer believes that everyone knows this location and its circumstances.

If particularly bulky or heavy furniture/lighting cannot be delivered normally by two people via the stairwell, door openings and/or entrances, all additional costs are passed on to the customer. In such cases the customer is obliged to inform GOODFORM of this before ordering. It is solely the customer's responsibility to check whether ordered items can be delivered normally and without problems into the flat, office, garden etc. In case of doubt the customer must always assume that the item is delivered in assembled size. Additional costs for particularly complex transport are always passed on to the end customer. If fully assembled furniture etc. has to be dismantled in order to bring it into the flat etc., the dismantling and assembly are always at the risk and expense of the end customer. GOODFORM reserves the right in every case not to carry out delivery into the flat/office etc. or assembly etc. and to deliver only to the kerbside. In such a case the additional costs paid for delivery into the flat, assembly etc. are of course refunded to the customer. If the haulier does not find you as the customer despite an agreed appointment, additional journeys are charged at a minimum of CHF 75.- per journey. 

The free delivery method, free kerbside, includes delivery to the place where the lorry can freely drive and park. If the customer wishes delivery to the first front door of the building and the carrying distance is more than 50 metres, a surcharge of CHF 50 is levied.

If a consignment cannot be delivered to the customer within 2 weeks, the storage fee is CHF 20 per week commenced. 

Small-quantity surcharge Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

Up to a net goods value of CHF 150.- we charge a small-quantity surcharge and shipping costs of CHF 30.- .

Disposal of old furniture (for deliveries in Switzerland and Liechtenstein):

With delivery methods 2 - 4 (see above) your old furniture can be disposed of (subject to a charge). If you would like this, please let us know briefly by e-mail which items and how many you would like to dispose of, with a photo if possible. We will then gladly tell you the costs for disposing of these items.
