Mason Hakou D

All the poetry, delicacy and charm of Japanese culture is apparent in Hakou, the line of fruit dishes and knickknack trays designed by Matteo Fiorini for Mason Editions.

A sheet of glass crafted in a thickness of one centimetre, whose shape recalls that of a leaf or a boat slightly tilted by the wind, appears to be suspended over a dainty base consisting of a series of metal rods, intersected on the shorter side to form a slender trestle. The sunlight seems to traverse it gracefully.
