EURO PRICES

As a Swiss customer, you shop with us at euro prices.

Of course, at GOODFORM you benefit from the current euro exchange rate. All our Swiss prices are adjusted to the euro exchange rate. If you still find a lower price at another online store, please let us know. We’ll be happy to look into it and will generally offer you a price (though there’s no guarantee) that’s at least 1% lower than the competitor’s offer. We offer our Swiss customers a Best Price Guarantee. Our goal is to provide you with the most affordable offer. This means that if you find an item at a lower price from another competitor (in Switzerland or Europe) than what we offer, we’ll be happy to review it and will generally offer you a price (though there’s no guarantee) that’s at least 1% lower than the competitor’s offer. Excluded from this are competitors’ special offers, prepayment discounts, promotions, etc. The price comparison must include shipping to a Swiss address.

Please note that as a Swiss consumer, the following must be added when purchasing within the EU: Shipping costs to Switzerland, Swiss VAT, and import customs duties (not to be confused with export customs duties, which are often covered by the shipper) are charged by the freight forwarder/carrier and are generally billed to the Swiss recipient. Expect import customs clearance fees of approximately CHF 60 to 90. Since these are charged individually by the freight forwarder or carrier, there is no standard rate. Each carrier has its own customs clearance fee schedule.

You can convert EUR to CHF using the current daily exchange rate. You can find the exchange rate, for example, by searching for “EUR/CHF” on Google.
